The Du Russel Suite D Baden-Baden is a beautiful 2-room, 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 people in the heart of Baden-Baden. You will love this location!
It is in one of the best neighborhoods for fully experiencing Baden-Baden - just a 2-minute walk from the Kurpark, Kurhaus, Theater, Casino and 10 minutes to the Festspielhaus.
The railway station is reachable in about 10 minutes by bus from the apartment. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, sporting all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay in Baden-Baden. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a big closet and a queen-size bed.
The living room features a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 persons and a HDTV with cable. The kitchen is just the right size and is fully equipped – it has all the pots and pans andcutlery that you will need to cook your own meals. There is also a dining area with a table for 6 people.
The bathroom has a tub/shower as well towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (three flights of stairs), no elevator.

Just a short walk away from the apartment, you will find the supermarkets Treff3000 and Pennymarkt where you can buy anything you need.
A couple of houses away, on the Lichtentalerstraße 33, there is a laundry. If you’re coming to Baden-Baden by car, you can use the parking place Parkhaus APCOA just around the corner from the apartment. Alternatively, you may park your car for free on the Maria-Viktoria-Straße or the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße.
There is a newspaper shop on the corner of the Du-Russel-Straße and Lichtentaler Straße. There is also an Italian restaurant called La Gondola. Across the street, you could try German cuisine in the restaurant Der kleine Prinz. You have a cafe right there offering coffee and a variety of cakes.
There is also a pharmacy around the apartment on the Augustaplatz. 2 minutes on foot from apartment, there is the cinema Cineplex.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pool Bertholdbad is situated on the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße 24, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Baden-Baden Tourist Tax
On 1 January 2017, a tourist tax was imposed by the city of Baden-Baden.
Charge in Baden-Baden: 3.80 euros per person per night (7% VAT included)
Applies to: All adults aged 18 years and over
How to pay: The tax must be paid to the owner/representative of the property upon arrival. The tax will then be transferred to the the city of Baden-Baden.
Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a 50 EUR processing fee
If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before the arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable
To book an apartment, a down payment of 50% oft he total amount is required.
