The Du Russel Suite Baden-Baden is a beautiful 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in the very centre of Baden-Baden. The location is absolutely amazing!
This apartment is situated in one of the best neighborhoods, allowing you to fully experience Baden-Baden. It takes just a 2-minute walk from the apartment to reach the Kurpark, Kurhaus, Theater, Casino and a 10-minute walkt o get to the to the famous Festspielhaus.
The railway station is about 10 bus minutes away. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and of course equipped with all the amenities necessary for experiencing a unique stay in Baden-Baden.
The apartment has 1,5 bedrooms: a large one with a queen-sized bed and a tiny one suitable for one guest. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 persons.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need of while staying in the city: an oven for cooking your own meals, an electric tea kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower as well as towels and a hairdryer, but no washing machine.
Considering the location and the amenities, the Du Russel Suite is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you soon in Baden-Baden!

Just a short walk away from the apartment, you will find the supermarkets Treff3000 and Pennymarkt where you can buy anything you need.
A couple of houses away, on the Lichtentalerstraße 33, there is a laundry. If you’re coming to Baden-Baden by car, you can use the parking place Parkhaus APCOA just around the corner from the apartment. Alternatively, you may park your car for free on the Maria-Viktoria-Straße or the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße.
There is a newspaper shop on the corner of the Du-Russel-Straße and Lichtentaler Straße. There is also an Italian restaurant called La Gondola. Across the street, you could try German cuisine in the restaurant Der kleine Prinz.
You have a cafe right there offering coffee and a variety of cakes. There is also a pharmacy around the apartment on the Augustaplatz. 2 minutes on foot from apartment, there is the cinema Cineplex.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pool Bertholdbad is situated on the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße 24, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Baden-Baden Tourist Tax
On 1 January 2017, a tourist tax was imposed by the city of Baden-Baden.
Charge in Baden-Baden: 3.80 euros per person per night (7% VAT included)
Applies to: All adults aged 18 years and over
How to pay: The tax must be paid to the owner/representative of the property upon arrival. The tax will then be transferred to the the city of Baden-Baden.
Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a 50 EUR processing fee
If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before the arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable
To book an apartment, a down payment of 50% oft he total amount is required.
