How do I reserve an apartment for a short-term stay?
You can make the reservation directly through our website by making a down payment 50% of the sum total via credit card. Once the reservation process is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail with the booking details, the address of the apartment, and arrival instructions. The remaining 50% and a visitors’ tax (EUR 3.50 per adult and night) is to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
What is included in your apartments?
All of our apartments are fully furnished to a high standard. The apartments are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure, and they are also cleaned on a weekly basis. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchens have everything you require to prepare a meal and enough dishes and cutlery for the maximum number of guests who can stay in the apartment. All apartments are also equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi included in the price.
Do apartments require a minimum stay?
Yes, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all reservations made with Baden-Baden apartments.
How do I pay for a short-term apartment?
Payment is made by credit card online through a secured payment platform. We accept Visa or Master Card and AmEx. You will need to make a down payment of 50% of the sum total to book the apartment.
How do I search for an apartment?
Simply type the dates of your stay into our search form on the homepage and click on SEARCH button. Our booking system will then show you a list of apartments which are available on the dates you have specified. Click BOOK NOW on the right to proceed with the booking process.
Is the visitors’ tax included in the price?
No, the visitors’ tax of EUR 3.50 per adult and night is not included in our nightly rate and is to be paid at check in.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit of EUR 500. Please note that we expect our guests to keep the apartment and its equipment in good condition throughout the rental period. Guests who cause problems or damages to an apartment will be responsible for covering the expense of the damage. We recommend that you check your insurance.
Is smoking permitted in any of our apartments?
We maintain a strict no-smoking policy in our apartments in order to keep the premium furnishings fresh and clean-smelling for you. We appreciate you respecting our policy.
Are pets allowed in any of your apartments?
Sorry, pets are not allowed due to possible allergies of other clients as well as potential damage to the apartment.

What if I want to change or cancel a reservation I have already made?
Reservations are subjected to the cancellation policy below:

Cancellation fee: EUR50 50% 100%
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to cancel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check in time is 2:00 p.m. (you may check in later). Standard check out time is 11:00 a.m. (you may check out earlier). If you want to check in earlier than 2:00 p.m. or check out later than 11:00 a.m., the fee of 50% of 1 night´s stay will apply. Check-out after 6:30 p.m. or check-in before 9:00 a.m. is subject to a full room-rate charge equal to 1 night´s occupancy.
Please let us know about your arrival time at least three days prior to your arrival. If you arrive before 10:00 p.m., our representative will meet you at the apartment. If you arrive later, you will receive special check-in instructions. If your arrival details change last minute or your flight is being delayed or cancelled, please make sure to give our manager a call or send a text message whose contact details are provided in your booking confirmation.
