The spacious, beautifully designed 2 bedroom oft he Du Russel Suite B is probably the best choice if you wish to fully experience Baden-Baden during the day and enjoy a comfortable, homelike atmosphere in the apartment afterwards.
The location is absolutely amazing: just a 2-minute walk from the Kurpark, Kurhaus, Theater, Casino and 10 minutes to the Festspielhaus. The railway station is about 10 minutes by bus from the apartment.
In living room is air condition, designed with high-quality wooden furniture and equipped with anything you might need while staying in Baden-Baden. There are double beds in both bedrooms, and the living room features a big comfortable fold-out sofa so that the apartment can sleep up to 6 people.
There are nightstands, a wardrobe, kitchen set and lots of other furniture waiting for you to easily place your belongings. The spacious bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi, a shower, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an electric tea kettle, a microwave, an oven, a fridge and a big dining table hosting up to 6 persons with comfy chairs so that you can enjoy your meals with ease and comfort.
You want to relax after a long day? The flat-screen TV with cable and a great Bang & Olufsen audio system will help. You are here on business and have work on your laptop to do? There is a working area in the apartment with a desk and a cozy chair and unlimited Wi-Fi connection as a bonus.
Our Du Russel Suite B is located on the 3rd floor (four flights of stairs), no elevator.

Area activities
Just a short walk away from the apartment, you will find the supermarkets Treff3000 and Pennymarkt where you can buy anything you need. A couple of houses away, on the Lichtentalerstraße 33, there is a laundry.
If you’re coming to Baden-Baden by car, you can use the parking place Parkhaus APCOA just around the corner from the apartment. Alternatively, you may park your car for free on the Maria-Viktoria-Straße or the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße.
There is a newspaper shop on the corner of the Du-Russel-Straße and Lichtentaler Straße. There is also an Italian restaurant called La Gondola. Across the street, you could try German cuisine in the restaurant Der kleine Prinz. You have a cafe right there offering coffee and a variety of cakes. There is also a pharmacy around the apartment on the Augustaplatz. 2 minutes on foot from apartment, there is the cinema Cineplex.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pool Bertholdbad is situated on the Ludwig-Wilhelm-Straße 24, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Baden-Baden Tourist Tax
On 1 January 2017, a tourist tax was imposed by the city of Baden-Baden.
Charge in Baden-Baden: 3.80 euros per person per night (7% VAT included)
Applies to: All adults aged 18 years and over
How to pay: The tax must be paid to the owner/representative of the property upon arrival. The tax will then be transferred to the the city of Baden-Baden.
Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a 50 EUR processing fee
If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before the arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date, the Club will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable
To book an apartment, a down payment of 50% oft he total amount is required.
